※ chief complaint: health examination found enlarged lymph nodes in the mediastinum, having no fever temperature nowadays.
※ Accessory examination:plain CT: multiple enlarged lymph nodes in the mediastinum.
※ Past medical histery: have made embolotherapy for patent ductus arteriosus.
※ Laboratory examination: blood sedimentation and tumor markers are all normal.
※ PET/CT:
1. Multiple increased FDG avid nodes (the biggest size is 4.6cm×2.9cm，SUVmax of 22.3，SUVavg of 15.2) are detected in the bilateral supraclavicular, mediastinal, bilateral hilum of lung, celiac and retroperitoneal regions, and multiple enlarged lymph nodes are shown in the same site on CT images with mass fusion in part.
2. A increased FDG avid patch is noted in the outer infralateral segment of the left lobe of liver (the size is 5.6cm×3.9cm，SUVmax of5.6 , SUVavg of 4.8 ). A silghtly low-density lesion is found in the same site on CT images with CT value of 51.1Hu.
